Porcelain hardneck variety with 4-6 large, pungent cloves per head.  Great flavor and long-storing, compared to other hardneck types. Rich, robust, and strongly pungent. It is medium-hot when eaten raw and develops a full, sweet, true gourmet garlic flavor when cooked.
